These New Ceramic Bond Transitional Pads Spiral shape is designed to transition from a metal bond diamond grinding process to a resin polishing process with lower cost.
These diamonds are designed to run on medium and large planetary and rotary machines.
Works well on hard, medium, and soft concrete. Also works well on other surfaces such as terrazzo.
This Ceramic bond pads can be used on Ride-On floor grinders or walk-behind floor grinders. These tools can also be run wet or dry.
The tools are great for using as a first step in the concrete polishing process for cream polishes. The tools can also be used in applications where an aggressive transitional is required.
50 Grit - The first step of the fastest, easiest and most versitile polishing system on the market. For removal of 30 grit scratches in polishing application.
100 Grit - For removal of 50 grit scratches in polishing application. Will leave a matte finish.
200 Grit - Used for removal of 150 grit metal bond or 100 grit resin scratches. Will leave a matte finish.
400 Grit - For removal of 100 or 200 grit resin bond scratches. Will leave a honed finish.
