PCD Cup Wheel with Wear Segment. We developed this new PCD Cup Wheel with Wear Segment to help minimize gouging to the floor. PCD Cup Wheels are great for aggressive removal of coatings and mastic without loading of material on segment. This PCD Cup Wheel has six quarter round PCD segments with a wear segment behind them to help balance the cup wheel and provide a more even removal rate with less damage to the floor. We offer this cup wheel in 7″ and 5″.

Tips & Tricks: Keep the cup level with the floor and pay attention to the removal of the coatings to see if the cup is level and the pressure is right. Work from the edges of the coating to keep the removal consistent.
