2" Resin Bond Polishing Pads for CPS Grinders

CPS Standard Resin Diamonds are known in the industry as the best combination of performance and affordability. They offer longer life than economy resins, and are great for jobs of any size. The CPS 2" Resin Pucks is a standard resin bond line great for honing and polishing concrete. They work great after transitional from metals to hybrid bond tooling such as CPS Aqua or Mach series. Each tool connects to plates via Velcro backing and is held in place by a plastic peg located on the back of each tool.

Optimized life and clarity performance.

40 Grit - Very aggressive 40 grit cutting tool used on new construction when over trowelled to a black and blue finish. Can be used wet or dry.

80 Grit - Our most popular 80 grit cutting tool used for the initial grind in many "big box" retailers and new construction when the concrete is not over trowelled. Also the first step in our 3, 2, 1 system.

100 Grit - For removal of 150 grit scratches in a polishing application. Will leave a matte finish.

200 Grit - For removal of 150 grit scratches in a polishing application. Will leave a matte finish.

400 Grit - For removal of 100 or 200 grit resin bond scratches. Will leavea honed finish.

800 Grit -Will reflect overhead lighting from a distance of 30 ft. This is the most popular finish in commercial and industrial applications.

1500 Grit - This product will add clarity to the 800 grit polish by reducing diamond swirls.
